Kent Christensen
Kent David Christensen graduated from BYU in with a double major in Asian Studies and Art History. After graduating BYU, Christensen attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California studying illustration and painting. He received an MFA in Fine Art from the University of Utah in 2005.
In 1988 Christensen moved from his native Los Angeles to New York City. As a celebrated artist, his work has appeared in Time Magazine, BusinessWeek, Sports Illustrated, The Los Angeles Times, and The Chicago Tribune.
Since the mid 1980's Christensen's paintings and prints have been shown in group and solo exhibitions in Utah, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Palm Springs and in the United Kingdom: London, Bristol and Walsall. Since 2006 Christensen has been represented by London's Eleven gallery in Belgravia. He is also represented by Williams Fine Art in Salt Lake City and the Sundance Gallery at the Sundance Resort in Provo Canyon.
Christensen continues to live and work in Manhattan and Sundance.
