Stewart R. Shelley
Stewart R. Shelley graduated from BYU on 2004 with a degree in Theatre Arts Education.
Shelley is the drama teacher at Pleasant Grove High School in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Under his direction, the drama team at Pleasant Grove High School dominated the 2009 High School Shakespeare Competition in Cedar City, Utah. The team won first place in the sweepstakes, first place in the scene competition, second place in the ensemble competition, and was awarded the best portfolio in the technical competition.
Shelley has directed various shows and one-act plays at PGHS. Under his direction the school produced The Kentucky Cycle in 2012. Later that year he directed Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat at the American Fork Amphitheater. That winter he also directed PGHS' production of Peter Pan: A Musical Adventure.
