R. Jacob Haws

R. Jacob Haws is a double major at BYU. During school hours he studies Advertising and Sound Recording Technology. During the rest of his time he is better known as the owner of Muse Music, a venue for musicians in the Provo area.

Haws, who plays solo shows and is the front man for the band Declaration, purchased Muse Music in 2006. Since then, he has worked to expand the business, adding a recording studio.

In 2008, Haws was awarded an Oscarson Discovery Grant, which paid for her to move to New York City and fulfill an internship with Sony BMG.
