Mark F. Hedengren

Mark F. Hedengren graduated from BYU in 2005 with a BFA in Photography. He received an MFA at the Glasgow School of Art. He worked for the Deseret News before beginning his freelance career.

Hedengren has shot worldwide for many international publications. Additionally, he is active in film and has entered short films in many festivals including Slamdance and BBC Films.

Hedengren traveled to Mexico, France, Ghana and New York taking pictures to document the daily lives of missionaries. His exhibit, Missionary, was displayed in the Harold B. Lee Library during September and October 2007.
