Heather Barnum
From College of Fine Arts and Communications
Heather Barnum graduated from Brigham Young University in 1998 with a degree in Public Relations. She then completed a bachelor's degree in Spanish at BYU-Idaho and then a master's degree in Public Administration at Utah State University.
She currently is the senior PI and PR Manager at the HDR engineering firm. She also works as the communications director for Access Utah County and as the spokesperson for the I-15 expansion project.
