Donald Smurthwaite

Donald Smurthwaite graduated from BYU in 1977 with a degree in Communications.
In 2008, Smurthwaite wrote the article, “Outfitting An Interviewer: How to Dig a Little Deeper,” which appeared in Marriott Alumni Magazine. His article "Exceeding Expectations: Perfecting Peformance Appraisals" appeared in the Winter 2009 edition of the magazine.
His book The Boxmaker's Son, a nostalgic father and son novel, was featured in the BYU Magazine.
