Adam Denison

Adam Denison graduated in 2007 with a BA in Public Relations.

While attending BYU, Denison was selected to host the 2006 PRSSA National Conference. Along with fellow students Kristen Anderson Swenson, Mauren Kunz, and Kate Bugher, Denison helped to organize the annual conference, gaining not only work experience but networking opportunities as well.

In 2007, he was awarded an Oscarson Discovery Grant, which enabled him to relocate to Detroit, where he interned at General Motors headquarters.

Adam currently works in Social Media Communications at General Motors' World Headquarters in Detroit. In addition to being the social media representative for GM's Premium Brands channel(Cadillac, Saab and HUMMER), he also has responsibility for creating and joining conversations about GM on Facebook and Twitter. He's also hosted two podcast seriesfor the company. Finally, he helps to coordinate content for two of GM's blogs: Fastlane and FYI.

Adam is also active in the Detroit chapter of the Public Relations Society of America. Currently, he serves on the Internship and Student Development Committee, as well as the host committee for the PRSA 2008 International Conference.
